Competitive price for wheel alignment, plus a coupon made it even better. The Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee and waiting room available (waiting room is very cold though). The work was completed more quickly than anticipated with no issues. Easy booking, check-in, and check-out.

Thank you to Gabriel and Remon for assisting me with my tire replacement today. They had the tire I needed in stock, and had me back on the road in about an hour. Excellent customer service, great work, and a nice waiting area if I may say so...

Pep Boys of Edison rescued me today. My car didn't start due to a dead battery. Just 2 weeks ago I had taken it to the Honda of Princeton Dealership. Apparently they didn't inspect my battery even though I paid for over $4,000 of service. My tow guy from Quality First Towing recommended a battery replacement from Pep Boys of Edison. I was so happy when Gabriel said he could help me with no problem and same day! Gabriel and Ramon explained exactly what kind of work they were going to do. Check my battery first then run a thorough inspection to see if there were any other problems. My car was ready in less than 15 minutes and was humming from a brand new battery. I was so incredibly thankful to Gabriel and Ramon for their professionalism. I was confident in their knowledge and the proof of their work. I want to thank them for putting me at ease, explaining all work in advance, and fixing my car. I trust Gabriel and Ramon because they gave my car only the repair it needed so that I can get back to work. I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much to Gabriel and Ramon!!! You have all my respect.

Ive never had a worse experience with an auto body ship in my life! Had an appointment for 12 noon for an oil change, they did not bring my car around back until 1pm when they assured me “appointments are prioritized and on time” when I scheduled the night before. They did not complete until 2:30pm and tried to tell me the treads on my tires were shot. When they in fact were fine when I checked with the tire depth gauge. One positive is the price was only $40 when you supply your own oil, but I guess you get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️ NEVER AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
